Payment

How do I add a credit card to my account?

Adding a credit card to your CardCookie account is very easy! Go to Payments and click on the blue button that says "Add a credit card". A form will pop up, where you will have to enter your card's information. Once you are finished uploading the card’s detail you may press "Save Card".

If you want to continue using that card in future purchases you may click on "Remember".

Do you accept Paypal?

As we are a small company, we don't accept Paypal, due to its high transaction fees, nor take prepaid cards for security reasons.

Why have you charged me $1?

We send a request to the issuing bank for either a $0 or a $1 authorization to verify that the card is issued and the bank will allow it to be authorized.

Regardless of whether or not the authorization is declined, we reverse our authorization request immediately. However, some people may still see an authorization for $1 on their credit card statement.

Keep in mind that this is not a charge, and it will disappear from your statement in a matter of days.

What if I receive an unauthorized payment on my credit card?

If you've received a charge you haven’t authorized on your credit card, please send an email with the details to [email protected]. Our team will assist you. As a small business, disputes really hurt us, so we will reward those users that come to us directly instead of creating a dispute.

When will I receive my cards? Where are my gift cards?

We review every order and send the gift cards within a day. If you haven't heard from us and you are growing impatient, check your Spam folder, the gift cards might be there. If they are not, please contact us at [email protected]

What should I do if the balance in my card is less than expected or it is registered under someone else's name?

First of all let me say, we are sorry about that! We buy cards from people who don't want them, and sometimes things like this happen, which is why we offer a 100 day guarantee. If you find yourself with a card that has already been registered by someone else or that has the wrong balance, please email our team at [email protected]. We will get you a replacement or a refund in no time.

Can I use your gift cards outside the US?

Unfortunately, the gift cards can only be used inside the US.

How can I send the gift cards to somebody else?

We will send the cards to the email you used to create the account. It is very important that this is your email and not someone else's to prevent any inconveniences. Once your order is approved, we will send the gift cards to the email address you provided during checkout. If you wish to send the cards to someone else you will simply have to forward that email them, but be careful - anyone who sees that email will be able to use your gift cards!

How do I cancel my order?

If you do not wish to move forward with your order, you may send an email to our support team at [email protected] requesting a cancellation.

Why was my order canceled?

Typically orders are canceled when further verification is necessary but not completed. We always notify you of the cancellation email.

If you have placed an order, and haven’t received a confirmation email within a couple of hours, please check your email, as you may have received one asking you to verify your account.

Why does my order need further verification?

Sometimes we request our users to go through an additional verification process as a safety measure. This is a standard procedure meant to ensure our user’s safety, as it prevents fraudsters from using your account or credit card, and to guarantee a positive experience on our site.

I have been reached my weekly limit, what should I do?

If you have reached your weekly limit, you may send an email to our support team at [email protected] requesting guidance. Our team will help you increase your limit.

How do I become a bulk buyer?

As a bulk buyer, you may buy large sums of money in gift cards and at a special rate. Ready to become one? Email us at [email protected] to get started.
